Locked out of Vinted app - help!!!

So the app crashed on me yesterday and the screen froze. Stupidly I deleted the app and re- downloaded it.

Now I cannot sign in. I’ve tried to reset my password using my email but haven’t received the reset email.

I’ve also tried all the other sign in options. I think I need help from customer services. Any idea how I reach them as I feel like I’ve tried everything!! 😭

they were really helpful to me. Mine was because I signed up using my Apple ID which gives a different email address.

I had this. Had to turn off sign in using Apple ID and then turn it on again.

Thanks. Just had a look at this, it looks like I would never be able to use the same email address. I need to keep the same email address….

You can, just switch it off and then back on again. I still use same email address.
