Noisy toothbrush help!

Hello,

After years of living like a cavewoman and brushing my teeth manually, I recently upgraded to an Oral-B electric one. My teeth feel cleaner and all is good apart from the fact that it’s so bloody loud! I get up when the house is still quiet and honestly it’s like the world ending!

Does anyone have a quiet one they can recommend?

😀 How funny you should post this when I have had the same issue/question.
Mine is also an Oral B one. Infact it's really just the same one I had many years ago, with a few changes/coloured handle, and the name is different.
It is very noisy, and where I live everything goes through, so I feel bad for going to do my teeth late, when I fact it is only an electric toothbrush.
But it sounds like a drill 🤦‍♀️
I think some of the more expensive ones might be quieter, but wasn't willing to spend that much to find out the opposite!

Same issue here. Oral B. Can’t stand it and feel like I’m keeping the kids up when I use it at night! Have gone back to a manual one…!

When my son was younger, he hated the noise and so we got him a sonic one. They are much quieter.
