Shade-a-babe versus Protect-a-bub

So, after just a week of sunshine, I am already royally fed up with the buggy parasol, as is my ds (6mo), who squints melodramatically every time a bit of sun sneaks past it.
I reckon I need one of the above BUT both seem to have drawbacks - namely:

  • will ds be able to see anything through the shade-a-babe?
  • does the protect-a-bub actually cover their legs?

Which should I go for?

Oh, and while we're at it, is there anything that'll stop him getting all sweaty-backed when he's in the pushchair? We have a loola.

Thanks!

I'm with cod. I simply could not buy anything with the word Bub in. The shade a babe is fine. My two could see through it no problem.

I have a Rayshde one, by kiddopotamus (I know, shocking name), can't remember where from, but if you google it there are plenty of stockists. You can have it pulled up or down pretty much as far as you like and there are pockets on the side. It also coils up quite small so good for travelling.

agree on the "bub" thing - what's wrong with "baby"??
