Pelvic Floor!

Elderly mum needs advice on product to sort out a flagging and unresponsive pelvic floor, 16 weeks post preg. Have looked grimly at boxes in Boots but not sure what can help - any ideas gratefully received!

Go to your doctors and ask to be referred for physio. They can show you how to the exercises right and also have the electrical thingy gizmo (sorry - so technical) too

Not tried it, just saw it and thought if I ever needed any help in that department I would prefer to try something like this at home before going to GP.
