Sigg cleaning tablets v milton

Does anybody know if the special tablets to clean Sigg bottles are the same as baby sterilising tablets? Thanks.

Thanks! So I won't do any damage with the Milton? I must say, a minty aftertaste sounds much nicer than a bleachy aftertaste but I think I'm too much of a tightwad to pay a fiver for 20 tablets when I've got boxes and boxes of milton knocking around.
