Where can I buy low calorie lime juice.?

im sure my tesco sell it are you sure yours is not just sold out? its usually with the mixers not the kids juice?

i lived on the stuff when i was carrying dd1 it was all i could drink without being sick

also cals are really low think its about 10 per serve or something

Buy a lime.

You'd only be having a little at a time so I wouldn't have thought the calorie count in ordinary cordials would have been that high.

I would avoid the low-calorie version because of the crappy sweeteners they use, myself.

well....Im doing slimming world and normal cordial is 3 syns and low calorie is free .

squeezed lime juice would def be better but if its vodka you are drinking try it with low cal sparkling lime water i used to love vodka with apple and blackcurrent flavoured water

But I also had a bit of a snurk that you were more worried about the calorie count of the lime juice than the vodka

when i was dieting after dd1(which i really need to start doing again) i used to give myself sat nights 'off' cue take away and vodka night in mine with little sis or best mate!!! and i would just try harder the rest of the time and i mamaged to loose nearly 6 stone and was thinner than i was before i had her!!

the rule i lived by was as long as you are good 80% of the time you be naughty 20% of the time. if you deny yourself what you really want you will fail

so just drink whatever you want with your vodka and wash it all down with a big pizza and start again tommorrow!!!

Thing is I am trying about 95% amt and am finding it so much harder than it was pre lo's...

Ben doing it since Jan and only lost 8lbs...Better off than on I suppose BUT just annoyed that I try so fecking hard and its not shifting. Have gone down 2 sizes so guess it possibly inches..

8lbs off is better then 8lbs on though, after meeting my partner and having dd2 i have put it all back on again and more but find it really hard to lose as he is a 'feeder' according to my mum who dislikes him somehwat!!!

try exercising i walked every where after dd1 and i am sure that helped a lot i also did exercise dvd's while she was in bed or napping

and drink a pint of water before your meals to help you feel fuller

think i am just greedy, lazy and bored right now but have started a wii fit club with my sis so hopefully that will help

Well you could just drink the vodka neat, and bank the calories you save on the lime juice until you have enough for a Marsbar.

Where dieting is concerned, I make changes where possible (e.g. diet drinks), to keep having the things that are really important to me (chocolate!)

Vodka and slim line tonic or vodka and diet coke/lemonade is only 2.5 syns too. I count my syns weekly rather than daily so I have 105 or less every week. I find it much easier to do it this way so if i'm having a drink at the weekend I will used say 27 syns for a bottle of wine etc as on the weekdays I tend not to have many syns.
