Hi know this comes up all the time but does anyone know which are the best non-isofix car seats for 9kg upwards?

Thanks HedgeWitch, our current seat is a britax and I really like it. I just looked and only trouble is the website says that the Eclipse might not fit our car, seatbelt buckles could bein the wrong place.

I also like the Maxi-Cosi ones - we have a Priori and a new Tobi (which is in my car and is really easy to fit!). I think a trip to Mothercare or Halfords would be the best bet!

What car do you have? Maybe someone will have the same car and recommend what they have??

We will go to either Mothercare or Halfords, or both, I was just looking for ideas about how comfortable, easy to fit they are. Also which are the safest.

We have '98 3 door Corsa. And according to the britax website the Eclipse is the only current model to fit and that's only a might fit.

We have the maxi-cosi priori (isofix version) which is isofix or seatbelt fixing, with the additional leg that tensions against car floor, it is really solid. Expensive, but internet savings to be had. The Which safety test report helped us decide.
