Is there a product to put on car seat straps to stop toddlers pulling the shoulder straps down??

I've tried just tightening the straps down onto her shoulders but she still seems to wriggle free and sits with just the lap bit on. I've been looking on the net to see if there is anything but to no avail.

Advice please!

This one is much cheaper inc delivery. cgi.ebay.co.uk/Sunshine-Kids-Lock-Tite-Harness-Clip_W0QQitemZ360050892038QQihZ023QQcategoryZ66693QQr dZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em118Q2el1247
That other company want £4.50 for delivery. What a rip off.
