Buggy boards which you can sit on?

I need to get a buggy board for my Mamas & Papas pliko and have heard you can get ones which the child can sit on. Has anyone got one and a) think they're worth having and b)tell me where I can get hold of one? My DS will be 2.7 when the baby arrives.
