Does anyone have one they really rate?

If so, which one is it? There are so many and they seem so pricey, would love to hear from others before investing in one. Do they all do the same thing? (Not even entirely sure what they're meant to do!)

Are these the things that make you look like the man in the iron mask/legion from red dwarf?

I have a cheap one and not convinced. Maybe an expensive one works? But coloured lights on my face for 15 mins? No difference but quite relaxing to chill out and everyone leaves me alone so I'm happy to continue. Looking youthful? No, I think that comes from sleep, water and nutritious food.

I have a Beauty Pro mask and I do think it's made a difference to my skin. It has different settings/colours. So far I've mainly used blue and red/blue (anti acne and anti acne plus anti aging). I definitely feel like my skin is brighter and less spot prone. It was about £150 I think.
