Asda have been upgrading their website this week and have sent a couple of emails explaining same and advising that initially, after the upgrade, any recurring slots may not show. These have all arrived in Inbox.
Today, a less official looking email has arrived in Spam/Junk saying:
"Sorry, your recurring slot has been cancelled. This was because of a technical issue we had."
and asking me to log in and re-book (although no link in the email).
Anyone else had this? I have contacted Asda to ask if it is genuine and am awaiting their reply.
