Bed bought from eBay broken

Bought a bed less than a year ago for £100 from an eBay business seller. they are away until the end of march. From normal use, the wooden slats that support the mattress have snapped off. It’s not clear how or if I can claim a refund

The bed has been made in such a way that it needs to be entirely for that to work, and only their slats will Attach , it’s hard to explain

Entirely dismantled I mean

Cheap beds never last . You would probably be best writing this off and replacing it with a more expensive sturdy one .
