Pompom London bags

I’ve seen many adverts for pompom London bags and wondered if anyone knew how much it costs to return them? I’m looking at ordering a couple to see which I prefer but cannot see how much it will cost to return one. TIA

I don’t know either but if you’re not sure it’s better to go for a neutral colour that goes with everything.

I considered buying one of their bags a year or so ago, I can't remember which review site I checked but I got the impression their customer service wasn't great so I decided against it.
