QUESTION RE JOHN LEWIS BUNK BEDS

Has anyone split these into singles and are there holes left where fixings go that look unsightly or is it ok? Mnay thanks!

not sure - we have similar ones (M%S) and they look like they would stand alone ok

have a box of fittings they left behidn - maybe there's a plug in there to block any holes
