Slip on shoes for awkward feet

My feet are incredibly awkward. Narrow/standard width, with a high instep and narrow ankles.

Looking for office wear shoes would love a slip on but they normally slip right off because my ankle doesn’t grip them and my instep goes over the sides if they have a short side.

looking for something comfy but stylish too.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I am sick to death of brogues it’s just like wearing school shoes at my big age!

Have you tried loafers? Insoles will help with them not slipping

Have tried before and they still slip, even with heel grips and insoles. It is such a pain because I love how they look but was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for loafers that don’t tend to do that. So far I’ve tried Clarks, Next and Asos

Wish I had that kind of awkward feet! Have you tried Moda in Pelle? They have some nice looking loafers, don't know if suitable for high instep but I did find a pair of their shoes I tried on rather narrow (I'm standard/ wide fit) aside from that they seemed a really snug, sleek fit (sob)... and it looks like Mary Janes are back, maybe they'd be better than a loafer, depending how long the strap is to fit over your high instep?
