Hi. I started a thread on style and beauty but I have had no response, maybe it’s too busy and got lost. so I thought I’d try here too.
so my leather cross body bag that I got in a charity shop has given up the ghost.
All the lining is ripping and every time I go into it it’s annoying me as I keep ending up between the lining and leather instead of the pocket I’m trying to use and have decided life is too short for these minor constant annoyances.
Normally I would have a look in the charity shops etc and find one I can actually hold in my hand to see if it’s right but I’ve not really seen any in my cursory checks as iv passed and dont have the time to really trawl round them at the moment like you need to as the bargain hunters amongst us can attest to!
so iv had a quick Look on vinted and have bought a bag by the brand THE SAK.
having done a quick google I think it’s the iris.
if it turns out to be crap then I haven’t spent a lot (under 15] and my plan is to use it while I find another one.
it seems like it should be nice though, it’s real leather, has good varied pockets etc. the downside is it has a canvas strap but for the money I can live with that if everything else is well made and it works well day to day.
so my question really is
has anyone else used one, heard of THE SAK?
Just wondering what others experiences are of this particular bag or the brand in general as until seeing it on vinted I’d never heard of it.
is it decent etc.
