Hi,
Was just about to do a big order of swimwear from Next as I'm halfway between two sizes so normally have to order options and go with what fits best. I was planning on only keeping part of the order, so I've checked their returns policy for swimwear and it looks like they've stopped doing hygiene strips.
As below, it states that it can only be returned if faulty, unworn or unused - totally reasonable but how do we prove it is unworn if there is no hygiene strip in the first place? Are they just going by the fact it looks clean and the normal tags are still attached?
Has anyone had any success with returning swimwear recently, since they've stopped doing hygiene tags?
Thanks!
