I don't know much about them so I feel overwhelmed. It needs to have good storage space and volume, be fast, no glitching/freezing. Budget 500-600.

I'd go to the Dell outlet for a simple student laptop. Something like this. They also give a student discount if you email/register with a uni account.

My organisation buys Dell laptops of different specs, they seem to last well without too many issues.

ETA spec it up a bit with i5 processor minimum.

Yes I've got a Dell Inspiron. I've had it many years and am thinking of replacing it. But it's been brilliant and I'll probably get another Inspiron.
