As part of my new "get fit get thin" drive I want to start running (thinking of doing the Race for Life). So today I visited a couple of specialist shops to get some running shoes, but I was a bit overwhelmed at the number of different trainers there is. I thought I could get some advice from the shop assistants but could I ! Useless, the lot of them!
So in short can anyone recommend decent running shoes that won't break the bank?
