Next returns missing items

Has anyone any problems recently with next online returns? I did all my shopping last month with them online. Returned just 10 items last week and this morning 5 items are showing as returned! The other 5 I had to chase up and be greatful that they are crediting back.... they were all in 1 bag cellotaped up to the max to prevent any escaping. At first I thought the other 5 must have been sorted and sent to another warehouse but after speaking to next they never gave that as an option.

No, but I’ve had this problem with ASOS before. It stressed me out so much that I now only buy online items where I’ll be able to return in store (which is what I do with Next).

Yes very sressful! I've ordered loads but only returned this time so wondered if this happens all the time! I live in the wild so store is a drive away but I will be definitely going in store if I ever return anything again. Thankyou very much for your response 😊

I always set up a video of me placing items in packaging and sealing up now, I’ve had this issue before too. So stressful

It's bad that has to be done! I'm going to go into store for future returns to make sure they are actually returned. My hope is that there are cameras in the warehouse to show it being opened!
