Handbag insert - convert to nappy bag

Have seen one of these things somewhere but can't remember where. Am getting rid of our ridiculously big changing bag and want something neat and compact I can put in my oversized handbag to hold nappies and drinks - anyone seen anything?

Hiya, do you mean like a VIP pocket? I have one of the ordinary ones, nowhere near big enough for nappies, but the sun one might be. Or something like the Skip Hop pronto maybe? Or this changing bag converter?
