Ninja Creami - is it worth it?

Has anyone had any experience with the Ninja Creami? Wondering if it's worth getting in Boxing Day sales. Tia

How often do you eat ice cream?
I’m sure I remember reading that, once made, it has to be eaten rather than then stored in the freezer, but maybe that’s changed?
