I've been complaining to Sainsbury's about these Tu sleepsuits for over a month now. Even sent the defective item back to them (at my expense!) but nothing.
Basically the little dots on the feet are coming off after only a few washes (see pics).
Other items were recalled in August for the same issue (choking hazard) - but still Sainsbury's don't seem to think this is a priority:

If you have these suits, please stop using them. I'll update if I hear anything from Sainsbury's but frankly I'm not holding my breath.
