Have i been scammed from BENNETT REID

Bennett – BENNETT REID

My son ordered a jumper from this site 18th November last. Still haven't received anything. I contacted them last week and they came back with the order is being processed. I emailed them yesterday and no reply. I cant find any contact details other than that gmail email. Site looks legit but on closer inspection nothing to link it with any place or contact number.

Where do i go from here? the item cost €80. Not the end of the world but im so annoyed that we we caught!

Contact your bank and they will be able to me to your money back.

Depending how you paid, claim on your credit card or do a charge back on your debit card. It's very easy to fall for unfortunate, but you should get your money back no problem

We paid by debit card so i'll call to bank and try to sort. Thanks so much x
