Ordered from online home shop, goods didn't arrive, and I got sent email to say they were having trouble with yodel delivery firm. Goods still not received but online shop Still boosting their sale via email and advertising etc.. whilst knowing full well goods won't be delivered. One customer told me they haven't answered her emails and blocked her on Facebook when she messaged them. I think this is happening a lot.
So beware of buying from them.
Any ideas of how I can get in touch with them or who I should speak to would be appreciated
