Does anyone else find that you often accidentally order a duplicate of the same item from Next? I’m not talking about receiving an accidental ‘freebie’ duplicate, I’m talking about something that you’ve paid for and appears on your receipt. I do a lot of online shopping with various shops, and I’m pretty diligent with checking everything, but on several occasions now I’ve ’accidentally’ done this with Next. (I have only ever experienced this with Next, never anywhere else). Always assume it’s my error, usually don’t realise till after I get home, and it’s such a faff to get back to the store I usually end up keeping it. For this reason I have two identical laundry baskets, and a number of identical pieces of clothes. 🤦♀️
I’ve just placed an online order and checked my receipt, and it’s happened AGAIN (thankfully haven’t collected yet so will return when I collect this time). I’m starting to feel a bit gaslighted by this 😂 is it possible the mistakes are theirs and not mine?!
