I have been using a clarins one which I have liked but have been coming out in a few spots on my forehead since using it, not good at my age What have you tried & loved and are never going to use anything else again?

Simple wipes

Eve Lom cleanser - expensive but lasts about 9mths (smallest size)

Or Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth cleanser - quite a bit cheaper but same idea.

Both clean skin really well without stripping.

Eve Lom I think is brilliant. Agree it lasts ages and I've just run out.(damn it)

I love this stuff. Have been using for over 4 years. Had a brief period where I tried something else and I really noticed the difference. I do have sensitive, prone-to-redness skin though....

Dermalogica ultracalming cleanser

Sensitive, prone to redness sounds like me! The last time I was buying my cleanser at the Clarins counter, the assistant asked me if my skin got red often & gave me a freebie jar of moisturiser that counteracts the redness, still got loads of it left but can't say I rate it, still get a red face. I was swaying towartds Eve Lom but am now re considering. Can't open your link RipMacWinkle, am going to google it.
thanks for your replies everyone

Just to add that Dermalogica do "face mapping" in their salons (usually as part of a facial I think) but are usually good at giving samples. Perhaps if there is a salon near you, you could try and blag some samples? Try before you part with your cash?
