Long story but i may have to return my beloved Loola Up and i don't just want to swap for the same

I need a trolley that is or can be rearfacing with lie flat (from birth),
it has to have 4 wheels,
has to not be mahoosively wide
must have one handle
must come with at least raincover and hood

and the most challenging part....it cannot cost more than £270

Ideally i would like new-ds3 is my last child and we purposely spent most of our grant on the trolley because he will be living in hand me downs forever more!

just remembered that it must fold up umbrella style (like a pliko) and i am anti graco so can't be graco

panic over....it was a kink in the zip that "broke" it rather than it actually being broken...phew!

ALBS- i don't know if you can get many pushchairs with handle that umbrella fold, thats why i asked here. I had already googled and come up with nothing.
