boy doll to dress up

can anyone help me find a pleasant boy doll with clothing for my son to 'dress up'? He's suddenly asked for one, and we'd like to encorage him. He has co-ordination disorder / asperger syndrome, so nothing too fiddly (action-man type figure could be too fiddly / small), nothing too militaristic, and not a cartoon character. A few simple fastenings would be great. I keep seeing lovely girly dolls, but no boy dolls! Thanks.

My dd has this one from Argos. He's quite large but means he can wear real baby clothes. I think baby born do a boy doll now too.

I rather like that. pleasant. good price.
would have been able to redress endlessly in our cast off baby clothes if I'd not jsut handed them all down! spot on recommendation. thanks. I'm definitely looking for a 'boy' rather than a 'baby'.
