Did this offer come with the catalogue? The reason I ask is on another website, people are complaining that LaRedoute are confirming the discount code and then taking the full amount instead from their bank account.
They are saying as the offer wasn't sent to them (the customer) Laredoute will not honour the discount.

the code is from a magazine can't remember which one though I'm afraid either a parenting one or a diet one as that's all I've read lately

yes it should as it's not person specific as it hasn't been sent out with a catalogue

yes it will work for you as it was published for anyone. Just check that you don't order any items that are already reduced in their sale.

Huh! Le Redoute has done just this! I used the code on line and it deducted the 20% from the total and then I promptly got charged the full amount
I emailed them and have gone potty! They have just replied asking me what code I used as they have no record of a code being used (so how come it showed the deduction?)
I bet they were hoping I wouldn't be able to find it but good old Mumsnet!!!

I ordered some stuff from PHP too online, the catalogue had swim nappies in at £7.99 or 2 for £14 but online I got charged £7.99 each, so I emailed them and got a reply a couple of hours later apologising and saying it had been rectified and there it was in my bank account, rectified! So lets see if Le Redoute can match that for service
