Daals sofa?

Has anyone any experience of buying furniture from Daals, especially a sofa?

also welcoming other recommendations for sofas which are super cheap but comfy and durable!

My mum just got one and asked me how much I thought she had paid and I said 3k 😂 in my defence she had been looking at loaf but it does look lovely. It’s quite firm but that is the style she has gone for but looks very well made

We have two Daphnis sofas and a footstool from Daals. They looked great when they arrived on 20/3/25 but within seven days the seats had started to go flat. I tried to return them but Daals have been a nightmare. They used various delay tactics to put me outside of the 30 day return policy and initially tried to tell me that the sinking cushions are a characteristic of the sofas. After two months they said it was normal wear and tear. They have no respect for consumer rights and the law. I currently have a small claim pending through the courts which has cost me £80 to try to get my money back but they have not yet responded and have only a few days left to do so. I suspect that even if I ask the courts for a judgement by default it will be ignored. This is an abysmal company, and I would advise anybody looking for new furniture not to be tempted by the quick delivery because the quality is appalling and they are crooks.
