Hi can anyone help. My condenser dryer broke last week and I rang up curry’s to check I was covered in the insurance. They checked on the system and I wasn’t. So I ordered a new one. I have four children so didn’t have much choice. I then take the dryer to the tip the day before the new one arrives. I then find that I am covered and I phone them back up and they can see that I am but there is nothing they can do apart from return the cost of the plan £70. I ask the speak to the manager who was really lovely. I escalated the complaint and they ring today and say case closed. The person who misinformed me will be told to improve their practice but I will not get a refund. I have escalated it but not sure I’m going to get anywhere. Can anyone please help. I’ve cried and cried over this.

Post on their social media pages,m and don't give up. Escalate as much as you can.

Doesn't sound fair, you should have the cost of new one covered at the very least!

No luck as yet. I messaged them on curry’s. Apparently it’s different if it’s online to in store. It’s escalated and they will contact me within 48 hours. I don’t have much hope though xx
