Hi can anyone help. My condenser dryer broke last week and I rang up curry’s to check I was covered in the insurance. They checked on the system and I wasn’t. So I ordered a new one. I have four children so didn’t have much choice. I then take the dryer to the tip the day before the new one arrives. I then find that I am covered and I phone them back up and they can see that I am but there is nothing they can do apart from return the cost of the plan £70. I ask the speak to the manager who was really lovely. I escalated the complaint and they ring today and say case closed. The person who misinformed me will be told to improve their practice but I will not get a refund. I have escalated it but not sure I’m going to get anywhere. Can anyone please help. I’ve cried and cried over this.
