Phil and Teds doubles seat - can i get one of the new reclining ones to fit my old version e4??

I have an older version P&T with the doubles kit. The second seat doesnt recline.

If I were to buy a new sport version doubles kit which does recline, would it clip onto my pram????

Anyone know???

I'm bumping this extremely old message, cos I'd like to know the answer to this. I had a look at a sport today, and the fittings look exactly the same as on my E3, so I think I'm going to go for it and buy a sports double kit. But it would be good to know for sure first...

the lady in my local baby shop said it fits,as i was going to buy one,in the end i didnt though!

Can't you take your buggy into the shop and try it out?? I have the sport and the reclining is great- very handy.

This is a dumb question but when you say recline do you mean the bit that unzips down the side? I have been fiddling around with my Sport trying to work out whether to move baby into it a bit early, and wondered if that zip was the recline thing or whether I am missing something.

just to update this post, I bought a sports double seat on ebay, and yes, its the same fitting as for the E3. (phew!)

The recline isnt fantastic, but its better than nothing as baby isnt strong enough to sit so upright yet.
