I have recently moved into a new house, with a lovely big free-standing bath. I am loving the bath! However, the dog is not loving the bath.
When she goes in, she just scrambles about. We have to put a towel down in the bottom of the bath for her to prevent her sliding about. Cleaning the very wet towel isn't great.
I do not find the bath slidey at all. We had a slippy bath at the previous flat, and were always buying those horrible bath mats, but the new bath is no where near as slippy (to my human feet!)
The problem with getting a horrible bath mat and saving it for dog baths only, is the plug holes in the middle of the bath (though not direct middle, to the side?)
I have seen non slip bath stickers online - are these a good purchase? I'm worried they won't work on dog feet and will just end up scratching my body sitting in the bath! Are there any "skinny" / non horrible bath mat options?
