Lightweight padded jacket for me 5ft 8, long bodied and size 20

The problem for me is that these jackets are too short for me in the length. Tried men's and the length is fine but can't do them up due to having wide hips.

Any ideas?

So you want a jacket that goes over your hips?

My jackets don't go over my hips (also 5'8 (ish) & long bodied) but smaller size.

I am your height and have to buy from Tall ranges only. Next and New Look tall ranges are good. Boohoo also does a tall range. There's Long Tall Sally, though you might struggle with budget.
