Is onbuy legit?

Is www.onbuy.com legit or are products likely to be fake? I am looking to stock up on Waterwipes and noticed they are much cheaper than Boots or the supermarkets.

The only experience I have buying off there was for a new iPhone that was a great price.
It was faulty, and definitely not new. I did get a refund, but can’t remember if I had to go through PayPal or if the seller just refunded me.
I will never use the site again.

Oh I didn't realise this site was potentially dodgy! Recently bought some dining room chairs and they are lovely, brand new and as expected
