Need a practical bag

Before I start, I can’t actually buy anything at all until my bank account is sorted out in about a weeks time as I was scammed yesterday by someone pretending to be my phone provider. so I have about a week to think about it and decide.
I have never owned a hand bag before. I’m not sure I want one as it doesn’t feel that great to lug heavy items on my shoulder. Maybe something like a rucksack or satchel. I don’t want it to look childish, I don’t want to draw attention to myself. I’d also prefer for it to be soft or made of something like leather, as most material on bags irritate me. I am willing to buy used.
I have high anxiety and agoraphobia and am doing exposure sessions with a professional. The bag needs to cary a variety of coping mechanism items, sensory items as I am autistic, and medication as I will be on a variety of medications including space for a drink and some food. I’ve had issues with previous bags where the amount of items meant that my bag felt lumpy as there weren’t enough or any compartments to organise everything.
