Well don't buy a Henry if you like on-board tools

or any sort of CLEAN AIR

or the cleaner remaining upright if you DARE TO MOVE

And don't buy a Dyson unless you can easily take it for repair once a year

morningpaper · 21/04/2008 20:31

I've had my Dyson for 7 years. It's never needed a repair or a new belt (I do use it).

morningpaper · 21/04/2008 20:34

For 100, go for a Henry

BUT it won't be perfect and I wouldn't get it if you have people with athsma or allergies as the air filtration seems very poor IME

mumofdjandbabies · 21/04/2008 20:34

actually good point my dh has asthma!!!

I never used any of those on-board tools

I love my Henry, but no-one in my house has allergies so I haven't noticed any clean air issues.

Don't buy that vax bubble upright, it's crap.

Miele is the best ever. Quiet and powerful. Brilliant.
