Does anyone know what happens if you have already received your refund (as the buyer of an item that arrived broken) and then the seller , a week later, requests for more photos of packaging etc so that she can claim it wasn’t her fault to claim compensation?! Vinted have now suddenly messaged me saying they need evidence of the packaging etc… from a week ago. I do have the evidence of all the photos which I took at the time but I am worried that somehow they will be able to take the money away again. I’ve removed my cards from the account just in case, though I don’t know whether that would work. This all seems very odd since I’ve already had the refund and the fragile item wasn’t packaged very well in the first place so arrived in pieces. On my account it’s showing as ‘order cancelled refund complete’.
