Hi, I’ve just had my first sale on vinted and the buyer bought the postage label. My issue is, although I’d stated it was a large item the Evri label was for ‘up to 2kgs’. I eventually managed to reduce the weight to 1988g but it was a real struggle. Who is choosing the weight of the item. I’ve got a leather jacket to sell but have hidden it because I’m nervous the postage will be incorrect. Does anyone have any information on how to sort this out. I can’t believe the heaviest item must be under 2kg. What am I doing wrong? Thanks
