Work wear advice needed

I'm completely stuck in a rut when it comes to work wear and would love some advice. I feel like I can never find something that fits and looks great on me, while being suitably professional. I need a new capsule wardrobe.

I'm late thirties, director for marketing in a tech company. Pale with auburn hair and pear shaped if that helps. Size 12/14 and a bit bigger than I used to be which isn't helping my confidence.

I buy some stuff on Vinted as I can't justify huge amounts on clothes but willing to pay for one or two nice dresses/jumpsuits. I just find dressing for work so stressful and would love to feel confident!

Also work saying I'm thinking maybe I need some dresses or jumpsuits with shoes to match? They need to have half length sleeves and back covered as I have tattoos I don't like to show at work.

She’s jealous, depends on how safe you feel in your role, but if feeling safe I’d start wearing it again, then next time she brings it up you can say everything you thought to say too late last time around.
