Hi! I've just bought a bedframe from Wayfair, which I'd like to return for a refund. Nothing wrong with it - it just doesn't work in the space as we'd hoped.
We've taken the wooden bedframe out of its cardboard packaging and assembled it. Wayfair's 'return' instructions say they accept returns for refunds 'unassembled and in original packaging. We can unassemble it, and put it all back in its box. But I'm wondering if 'unassembled' means 'never assembled'? Anyone returned a bedframe to Wayfair? Any experience! Can't get an answer from the chatbot on Wayfair website!
