Coverage is crap.

DH and I have just gone to 3 from Orange and Vodafone respectively. Crap. Really regret it. And we certainly don't live in the middle of nowhere. i can hardly get a signal in my own home.

No hang on, i get quite a good signal in the bathroom.

I was with them for a few years. Coverage was great where I live, but could only get a 2G signal in most places though. Customer service is dire. Really bad! Only stayed with them as they were so much cheaper than anyone else.

I have been with 3 for a few years, never had any problems with coverage. The only place I sometimes can't get 3G is when I visit granparents in Gloucestershire. I don't think there are many deals out there as good as 3. I have any mix of 1200 mins/texts for £20

I'm with three because the phone I bought (second hand) was locked on to three and couldn't be unlocked (it was the one phone that can't be unlocked). Have never had any problems with coverage, I am on pay as you go and I get "we pay" cash back which basically means that for every text you receive you get 2p back and 5p for every minute on a a call you receive. this is then applied to your credit balance the next time you top up.

Their customer service is shite though, and they're in india which is a negative in itself.
