Help me find shoes like these pls

I’m trying to find some new flats, ideally something like these which came from Boden. I’m not a fan of ballet pump style shoes and struggle to find any that would be good for work. Black or brown, and need to be closed toe. Many thanks

Hush puppies have a pair very similar to this but with a small block heel. Also amazon and boohoo had one but not sure if they still have it x
