Playhouse + slide or a plastic Little Tikes playcentre?

Not sure which option to get for my near 18 month old DD. We haven't got a huge garden 45ft although its quite wide - which is the best option for longevity. We do go regularly to the park and to gymboree/little gym so she gets lots of climbing practice. DD loves being in the garden so I wan't something physical for her to do. Not sure which option she would like best.

I would do for the house and slide. She will probably only get one summer out of a playcentre but will still want to play in a house when she is about eight. My daughter is 17 months and she loves playing on the slide. It's not one of those tiny ones either, the top step in about my chest height but she can manage it really well. It's a little tikes easy store giant slide.

Another vote for house and slide.
We have a Little Tikes swing/slide playcentre thing which both boys have grown out of now (they are 2 and 4), mainly because they are very big!

Worry about playhouses as some of my friends bought their daughters very expensive wooden ones that have hardly been used and are used to store toys not to play in.
