Beyblades - what shall I do?

I'd heard that Beyblades were the hard-to-get, sold-out-everywhere present this year, and managed to buy two yesterday by the stroke of luck of walking into a shop that had just had its last delivery before Christmas.

When I casually asked the kids about it last night (ie had they heard of them, were they any good etc) they said that everyone thought they were fab, but they themselves weren't v interested.

I could just take them back to the shop, I guess, but would like your advice - should I try and sell them on ebay or something?

Wow bee! I have at least 2 friends who would love some and can't get them anywhere. If you try to sell on ebay you will probably make more money than taking them back - or could you sell them on by asking other friends with similar age children?

bee, can I buy them?!!! Where are you, could I send you a cheque and postage cost? Am desperate for the real thing since I'm now worrying about the similar-to-beyblade things I bought and think ds won't be keen. If so, you can email me at [email protected]

Just popped on here for a few mins and noticed this - there are absolutely LOADS on Ebay, I got some easily 4 days ago for £7 (plus p&p), although I noticed they average at about £10.
