I've just spent the last hour and a half of my life on chat/ calls to Next trying to sort out a refund of over £90 which is about to be posted to my old address! Still not sorted.
Nobody in the store could tell me what format the return would come to me. I thought maybe e-voucher given the information online.
Nope, chat customer service advised they are posting it, to an address the app wouldn't let me change.
Chat customer services would not refund via e-voucher and could not update the address which I provided. I needed to call.
Customer services dropped my call after 30 mins on hold.
Absolute joke!
