Hi, I'm due my firat baby in August and will be travelling too New Zealand in January so baby can see its granny and Great Granny. We are now deciding what pram system to buy and I really need some help .

I really like the chooice of the I-Candy apple , the Quinny Buzz or the Pliko Pramette or Switch . What would you advise us to buy to take with us . It will be the babies main buggy so want to make sure it is suitable for travelling such a long distance .

TIA ..............

why not buy one there - you can get a really cheap mountain buggy or phil and teds, and bring it back with you - if you don't want it then sell on Ebay for lots of money. For travelling I would buy a very light Maclaren or similar - if it is small enough you can fold it up and put it in an overhead locker. You will find that when you check in you have to leave it at the gate, at the stop-over you may or may not get it (the smaller it is the better chance) and in NZ you will not be able to take it to the gate unless it is small and foldeable.
