I've recently discovered that I am a "supinator" walker, meaning my left foot rolls to the outside when I walk. This has led to a painful foot corn on my left little toe and just below it. I'm currently getting treatment for this. I believe I have "high arches."
I've ordered some insoles to help with this issue, but they will only work with ballet pumps or trainers. I tend to wear Pavers loafers and Vans slip-on shoes as they cause me the least amount of pain when walking. I initially thought the pain was due to being morbidly obese, but now that I'm within a healthy weight range, I know that's not the cause.
If you also walk on the outer part of your foot, can you please recommend sandals that you wear that cause little pain? I have a quite active role, so I'm willing to invest in a good, pain-free pair of sandals that go well with a variety of outfits. Not asking for too much, am I? Thanks in advance!
