Just over a week ago I had 9 items in the cart and checked out. I was offered free P&P for spending over £19.99 (or whatever it was). I got an email confirmation and the cart was empty.
Some of the order arrived - 5 out of 9 items, and so I logged into Shein to see what was what. The four missing items were in my cart, so not been paid for. Postage would be £3. Mostly different sellers.
What's that all about? Is this a thing with Shein?
